What is your take on the recent statement on the Hijab Issue?
As Muslims, we might be disappointed with the statement made. However, it is even more disappointing to see some of us using harsh words to address this matter. Believe us, it does not benefit anyone, nor it will change the situation.
Our Mufti and Islamic Scholars – May Allah bless them – have been doing everything in their means for our community. We are sure that it is not an easy journey. Appreciate them for what they have done thus far, whether openly or discreetly.
Let us stay united. Believe in the miracles of du’a, for He has said, “call upon Me; I will respond to you.” [Quran 40:60]
Rasulullah ﷺ said, “Pray to Allah and be confident of a response”. Stay positive and believe strongly that one fine day, changes will take place inshaa’ Allah. Keep on praying and have faith. Never give up on your prayers and hope in Allah.
“And never give up hope of Allah’s Mercy. Certainly no one despairs of Allah’s Mercy, except the people who disbelieve” [Quran 12:87]
May Allah shower his Blessings upon us, ease this matter and Guide us all.
